Under Threshold ("the App") is developed by Studio W Labs. Your privacy is important to us. The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

Data Storage

All data you create in the App — including dog profiles, issues, training entries, and trainer questions — is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if you have iCloud enabled). We have no access to your iCloud data.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage or analytics data
• Device identifiers or fingerprints
• Cookies or tracking technologies

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for data sync, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect no data, we do not have a way to notify you directly — please check this page periodically.
