By downloading or using Under Threshold ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Under Threshold is a dog training companion app that allows you to track behavioral issues, log training progress, and manage trainer questions. The App is provided by Studio W Labs.

Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Your Data

All data you create in the App is stored on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. You are solely responsible for your data and for maintaining backups. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final, and refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The App is a tool for tracking training — it does not provide veterinary or professional dog training advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your dog's behavioral or health needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio W Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
